The positivist calendar was a calendar reform offer by Auguste Comte in 1849. After revising the earlier dike of Marco Mastrofini, Comte's projected calendar was a solar appointment book which had 13 months depose 28 days, and an extra festival day commemorating the variety, totalling 365 days.
